Where can I park?
There are several carparks located within the CBD. Head to Road Closure & Parking page for carpark locations. A map will be available prior to the event. Alternatively, there is off-street parking available in the surrounding residential streets.
Is there disabled parking and access at this event?
Yes. In each carpark listed on the Road Closure & Parking page, there are limited accessible parking spots.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. However, there will be plenty of local eateries and dessert trucks on offer during the night. So why not spoil yourself and the family.
Can we bring alcohol?
No. Any alcohol brought onsite will be confiscated and authorities can be notified. There will be a licensed bar available onsite for persons 18 years and older.
Can I smoke or vape at the event?
No smoking or vaping is permitted within the event zone as this is a family friendly event.
Are there Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free food options?
Yes, theSupport Local Businesses page has a list of food options available to cater for every dietary requirement.
What items are prohibited? (list items not allowed at the event)
- Alcohol and illicit substances of any kind;
- Glass bottles, glassware or breakable containers;
- shade structures/marquee;
- Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile;
- Knives or Scissors;
- Fireworks, sparklers or flares;
- Silly String;
- Laser pointers;
- Drones or any other remote-controlled device; and
- Other items deemed by security, police or event coordinators as having potential to cause injury or public nuisance.
Is this event dog friendly?
Dogs are allowed on site as long as they are kept on a lease and are well behaved. Council will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour or excessive barking and owners must clean up after their pets. If this is not adhered to council staff reserve the right to remove dogs from the event site at any time.
What happens if it rains on the day of the event?
In the event of adverse weather, council may choose to postpone or cancel the event. Notification will be provided via councils social media channels.

Can I be a stallholder at this event?
Stallholder application have now closed however keep an eye on this page for the 2025 stallholder forms.
Can I bring a shade shelter/marquee?
For safety reasons you are unable to bring your own shade shelter/marquee to this event.
Are the rides free? How much are the rides?
Yes. There will be 3 FREE carnival rides available in two separate zones during this event. They include:
In addition, there will be 3 giant inflatables free for the kids also in Zone 2.
Is this event free?
This event is free to attend however, there will be costs associated for purchasing items at the stalls.
Is this event 18+ event?
This event is a family friendly event for all ages. However, there will be a pop-up bar area which will be restricted to 18+. This will be monitored by security.
Will there be fireworks at this event?
There will not be a firework display at this event.
Is there ATM's available on the day?
There are multiple ATM’s available in and around the event site including:
- Campbelltown Mall – CommBank, Westpac, independent ATM’s
- Inside 7-Eleven
- Inside Kebabs & Pizza on Queen
- Bank of Queensland
All vendors will also have EFTPOS facilities available.
What payment methods will the market, food stalls and rides accept?
Vendors will except payments made by cash or EFTPOS
What is the best way to get to this event?
The event can be accessed via any transport option however we strongly encourage public transport as the event site is in walking distance to Campbelltown train station.
What happens to lost property?
Any lost property handed in to a council staff member will be kept at the council info tent (silver bullet) and will be taken back to the council office if not picked up before the event is over.
What is the nearest train station/bus stop to this event?
There are bus bays along:
- Hurley Street outside of Campbelltown Mall
- Queen Street near Campbelltown Court House
- Campbelltown train station bus stop on Hurley Street
Will there be any road closures in place for this event?
Yes. The following Road Closures will be in place on Saturday 12 October:
- Lithgow Street – from Anzac Lane to Moore-Oxley Bypass and a small section of Carberry Lane will be closed from 7am to 1am.
- Queen Street – from Dumaresq Street to Allman Street will be closed from 7am to 1am.
- Queen Street - from Cordeaux Street to Dumaresq Street will be closed from 7am to 1am.
- Patrick Street - from Queen Street to Short Street will be closed from 7am to 1am.
- Dumaresq Street – from Dumaresq Street commuter carpark (opposite Dumaresq Street Cinema) to Lithgow Street commuter carpark will be closed from 11am to 1am.
