Paul is a local school principal at Rosemeadow Public School, a former Harlequins football representative, and strong supporter of the Campbelltown community. His wife Vickie Hughes is the Principal at Campbelltown North Public School.

Discussions include: Paul shares the important things a principle needs to consider and about valuing each child as an individual. Paul's mother was a school teacher and ran a successful business here in Campbelltown for over 25 years. Being a principal at a local school he see the hub of innovation. We hear from a former student and now teacher at Rosemeadow Public School, Jessica Chahoud. With a passion for local sport Paul reminisces on his time playing at Campbelltown Showground as part of the Campbelltown Harlequins, and closes with the things that he loves about Campbelltown and how proud he is of Campbelltown for reaching 200 years.
