Before you begin

Council Online Services
Online Customer Service Requests are monitored during Council business hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

For any urgent requests relating to safety, please phone Council Customer Service on 4645 4000.If calling outside of business hours, you will be redirected to the after hours call service and required to follow the prompts.

This request allows you to UPDATE your PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and POSTAL ADDRESS details for all Council business EXCEPT for:
  • all business/commercial or agent change requests which must be submitted in writing to Council via mail or email
  • eRates
    • If you wish to change your details for eRates, please visit Register for eRates
    • If you wish to update your eRates email address you can do this by logging in and accessing the ‘Your Profile’ tab.
  • change of address details for your dog/cat registrations (PDF, 404KB)

Please ensure you have:
your Reference no.
your tax invoice reference number if you have Tax Invoice correspondence

Please allow for 3 business days for this request to be actioned. For any further information, please phone the Revenue Team on 4645 4935.
