Priority Investigation Areas (Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015) (CLEP 2015)

Council recently undertook preliminary investigations into the further subdivision potential of properties in a number of urban fringe locations.

The localities investigated include:

1. Wedderburn
2. Wedderburn Road, St Helens Park
3. Ruse
4. Leumeah
5. Minto South and North
6. Ingleburn
7. Macquarie Fields
8. Menangle Road, Glen Alpine

This action resulted from a review of submissions to CLEP 2015 when it was in draft form.

The preliminary investigations and a summary Policy Position were adopted by Council at its meeting of 21 June 2016 and reaffirmed at its meeting of 19 July 2016.
