Creating a healthy and safe workplace is the responsibility of all employers, leaders and workers in NSW.  SafeWork NSW works with the NSW community to prevent harm to workers and make it easier to do business safely.

As part of its work, the agency aims to help employers understand that not only do they have a legal obligation to provide a physically and mentally safe workplace, but that good workplace mental health benefits every employee and every business – no matter the size or industry.
