T24/45 Homebase Campbelltown Mechanical/HVAC Upgrade

Council seeks a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of a new mechanical/HVAC system for Homebase Campbelltown, a commercial property located in Campbelltown, NSW. This project aims to replace the ageing air conditioning system with an efficient and robust solution, suitable for a high-traffic retail environment, aligning with both operational needs and energy efficiency standards.

Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to replace the existing turf playing surface at Campbelltown Sports Stadium. This includes the playing field surface which is to be changed to a washed Tahoma 31 couch surface.
