What can you do to help as resident, business owner or visitor?

Be a supporter

Visit this page in 2025 to register as a Koalatown Supporter.

Anyone can register as a Koalatown supporter, you’ll receive a free sticker and brochure as well as regular updates about our programs and initiatives and ways that you can get involved.

Quarterly, we select one of our supporters to win a prize which could include a wildlife encounter or a free family pass to a local zoo, free native plants for your garden or even rare opportunities to help us with our ‘invitation only’ koala programs.

What do I get when I register?

  • As a Koalatown supporter you’ll be kept up to date with the Koalatown campaign as projects and programs are rolled out and you’ll be notified directly when there are exciting opportunities to get your hands dirty.
  • You’ll also provide us with information that will help us understand more about the issues and the key areas where we can help in assisting our community to protect our koalas.

Pledge to plant a tree for our koalas

Take a pledge and we will plant a tree on your behalf.

You can support our koala colony by taking a pledge for our koalas and enhancing biodiversity at Ingleburn Reserve.

All you need to do is complete the form below and let us know how you pledge to help make our suburbs koala friendly. We will then ensure our contractors plant 15,000 native trees, shrubs and ground covers on behalf of the Campbelltown community.

On rural properties, ensure your fences are koala friendly (30cm gap at bottom, no barbed wire, wooden posts) and that a second internal secure fence (Colorbond or alike) is used to keep your dog in and koalas out.

Drape a secured piece of rope into your swimming pool to enable koalas to climb out if they fall in.
