Have your say on new playground proposals

Published on 11 June 2024

Residents can now share their ideas for a series of new playground planned across Campbelltown over the coming months.

As part of Council’s playspace program, playground equipment will be upgraded at a number of parks across Campbelltown, while a new playground will be established at Regalia Crescent, Glenfield.

Parks to be upgraded include:

  • Denfield Green Reserve, St Helens Park
  • Flying Peman Reserve, Eschol Park
  • Patrick Newman Reserve, Ambarvale
  • Midlothian Reserve, St Andrews

“Local parks are important places for families to gather and enjoy time together, while also providing kids with a place to play and exercise,” Mayor Dr George Greiss said.

“This is an opportunity for people to help shape the design of their local park to ensure they are designed with the local community’s needs in mind,” Dr Greiss said.

Residents can leave their feedback via a survey on Council’s website to help prepare a concept design for each playground.

Surveys are open now and will close on Sunday 23 June.
