This year visitors can enjoy a wide variety of winter-themed favourites, including ice-skating, amusement rides, roaming entertainers and live performers.

“Chill Fest is our biggest winter celebration and this year we’re back at Koshigaya Park with a packed program of winter-themed fun,” Mayor George Greiss.

“I encourage everyone to find their warmest winter clothes and join the community for what is shaping up to be a fantastic celebration in the heart of our CBD,” Dr Greiss said.

Food and drink vendors will offer winter-themed meals and treats throughout the event, with visitors also encouraged to roast marshmallows over the central firepit.

A two-hour quiet session with no lights, music or announcements will be offered to visitors with disability and their carers on Tuesday 9 July.

An opening night ceremony will be held on Friday 5 July, from 6pm.
