Learn to Swim & Squad Students
All students are to notify attendance by presenting their Learn to Swim or Squad tokens at the reception desk, prior to entry into the centre. If a token can not be presented, please submit your name and class to reception.
Learn to Swim and Squad cards are only valid for enrolled sessions.
Our conditions of entry align with the Royal Life Saving Society and Australia's Keep Watch at public pools program.
- Children aged 0-5 years and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must maintain continuous supervision and remain within arm's reach.
- Children 6-10 years and weak swimmers must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must be close, monitor and maintain constant visual contact and be prepared to assist children if needed.
- Children aged 11-14 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must maintain constant visual contact
- Children 11 years and older may be non-swimmers or weak swimmers and parental supervision should be not restricted by age in these circumstances.
These conditions apply for any general swimming entry.
If a squad member attends a facility, they may enter and attend the squad session only. The pool entry terms and conditions apply for any general swimming; inclusive of self-guided warm ups, cool downs or practices.
