Stadium Conditions of Entry

All those entering Campbelltown Sports Stadium agree to adhere to the following conditions of entry:

General Conditions

The following Conditions of Entry will apply to all patrons attending Campbelltown Sports Stadium. These conditions should be read in conjunction with the conditions of sale appearing on each ticket, which may vary from the Venue’s Conditions of Entry from time to time.

Please note that these Conditions of Entry may vary between events.

Venue Management, authorised staff and their contracted representatives have the rights to refuse entry, search, remove patrons, remove and confiscate any other item deemed to be a potential risk to the comfort and wellbeing of patrons attending the Venue.

Venue Management reserves the right to change the conditions of entry from time to time as per the hirer request, industry updates and advice from State and Federal Health Departments. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Venue management to apply such change or exercise any variation on a temporary or permanent basis.  By entering into the Venue, a patron consents to these Conditions of Entry.

Refusal of Entry: For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, venue management reserves the right to refuse entry:

  • To any person deemed to be intoxicated and/or disorderly
  • To any person that does not have a valid form of entry or who is unauthorised for access
  • Of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance (i.e. large flags/banners, musical instruments etc.)
  • Refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from any unauthorised source, including a ticket scalper
  • Refuse entry to any person who presents an invalid ticket
  • Refuse entry to any group as designated by Police or persons on a banned persons list supplied by the industry governing body or the venue

Eviction Policy: A person may be liable for prosecution, a fine or may be ejected from the venue where that person:

  • Uses foul or abusive language or makes racial or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Is deemed by venue management to be displaying offensive, disorderly or unlawful behaviour
  • Enters the venue or the playing area without proper authorisation
  • Fails to comply with these conditions of entry or a lawful request from venue staff

No ticket refund will be paid to any person who is ejected from the venue and the person is unable to re-enter the venue for a period of 24 hours.

General Conditions:

  • All spectators must have a valid ticket, pass or other authorised and approved means to enter the Venue. Any persons found to have entered the Venue after being removed or issued with any current banning notice may be subject to prosecution.
  • Persons entering the Venue will be subject to security checks, including the inspection/search of any bags and packages brought into the Venue, regardless of size; wanding and pat-down searches. Any person refusing to undergo such security processes will be refused entry
  • All Patrons must wear appropriate attire for a public place at all times, including footwear. Any clothing with lewd, obscene, and / or offensive writing, images or imprints are not permitted to be worn inside the venue
  • Campbelltown Sports Stadium is a CASHLESS Venue – all transactions including food, beverages and merchandise will be cashless
  • All patrons consent to monitoring by closed circuit television
  • For the safety of patrons, leaning on, sitting on or climbing over handrails/balustrades/fences, or standing on seats is strictly prohibited
  • Some seats retract automatically. To avoid damage or injury, patrons must check their seat is properly positioned before taking their seat
  • Storage or placement of any items or equipment in stairwells or walkways is strictly prohibited
  • Persons gaining unauthorised access to the Venue and/or the Venue’s playing arena will be evicted and may be liable for prosecution
  • Any person arrested or detained by NSW Police or evicted from the Venue may be excluded from attending events at the venue for a minimum of 12 months. 
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance, or refuse to comply with reasonable requests made by staff will be removed from the venue
  • Refusal to comply with a reasonable authorised request or to leave an area of the Venue may result in prosecution If patrons contravene any Conditions of Entry, they may have their ticket confiscated and or cancelled without refund or recompense
  • The use of cameras/mobile phones/recording devices is prohibited in all dressing rooms and toilets
  • It is a condition of entry that a person does not attempt to conceal their identity, either at the point of entry or while inside the Venue. While venue management will respect cultural differences or medical conditions, it reserves the right to either refuse entry, or to remove anyone who covers their face with a scarf, balaclava, mask, hat or helmet etc. 
  • Persons wearing or displaying inappropriate or unauthorised commercial, political, religious or offensive images, logos etc may be denied entry or asked to remove such items. Including, wearing ‘Colours’ and ‘Insignia’ on any clothing to item identifying them as belonging to Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs or other groups as designated by the NSW Police Force
  • Any person who attempts entry or is found to have entered the Venue after being issued with a current Banning Notice will be subject to prosecution and possible further penalties
  • Commercial food products (fast food items or food purchased from a full service restaurant) cannot be taken into or from the Venue by patrons. Homemade foods/packaged snack foods (lollies/chips)/baby food are permitted into the Venue. Drinks must be sealed/unopened
  • The venue is a non-smoking Venue, including e-cigarettes/vapes. Patrons wishing to smoke must utilise designated smoking areas
  • Patrons wishing to bring personal items into the Venue do so at their own risk. Management will not be held responsible for any damages to loss or theft of a patron’s personal property
  • Umbrellas may be brought into the Venue however the use of umbrellas within the Venue should take into account patron comfort
  • Patrons are to respect all others and not engage in any conduct act towards or speak to any player, match official or any other patron in a manner which offends, insults, humiliates, intimidates, threatens, disparages and vilifies that person on the basis of that person’s race, colour, region, decent, nationality or ethnic background
  • Prams and strollers are not permitted into seating areas and cannot be kept in aisles or other open areas which may impact the safe passage of patrons. Prams and strollers must be stowed under seats in such a manner that they do not create a trip hazard to patrons moving between seats. Prams left inside gates by patrons are not monitored by staff.
  • Unauthorised soliciting and customer surveying is not permitted
  • Patrons are not permitted to throw objects around or within the venue seating areas. Patrons viewing such activities do so at their own risk
  • Children (under the age of 12 years) must be supervised by an accompanying adult or guardian (over the age of 16 years) at all times
  • Patrons should take appropriate care for their sun protection and hydration
  • Venue management, may from time to time, take photos for publication or promotional purposes
  • Designated alcohol-free sections are signposted within the stadium. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in these areas.
  • The storage of items or equipment in aisles and walkways including the use of recording devices and tripods is not permitted.
  • Spectators are prohibited from entering the field of play at any time
  • When leaving the stadium please have consideration for our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
  • Unauthorised promotional or commercial activities is not permitted
  • Campbelltown Sports Stadium has a strict no pass-out policy. Patrons leaving the premises are not permitted to re-enter
  • Patrons who have been issued with a complimentary carer’s ticket must collect the ticket from the venue’s Ticket Box Office on the day of the Event. The holder of the Government issued Companion Card must be in attendance and have the card with them to collect their ticket
  • Patrons are responsible for their own personal possessions and must not leave bags or possessions unattended at any time
  • A Patron shall not use any electronic device (including any smart phone, mobile phone, tablet, laptop computer or other kind of communication device) to communicate or transmit any form of commentary, data or other material in relation to an event taking place at the venue for any commercial purposes (including sports betting or gambling) and / or in any way, or attempt to, improperly influence by any means whatsoever the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of any competition taking place at the Arena or to offer to any third party a bribe or other reward to engage in such activities.
  • Patrons voluntarily assume all risk of all damage and loss – including property damage, personal injury (fatal and non-fatal), economic and consequential loss – whatsoever and howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the venue including damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other Patrons including employees, agents or licensees of the venue or Hirer or any other person or thing present at the venue
  • The event promoter may add, withdraw or substitute competitors, teams or artists and/or vary advertised material, programs, prices, seating arrangements, audience capacity, the venue or program times without liability to the event promoter or to Venue Management.

 

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted into Campbelltown Sports Stadium:

  • Alcohol or unsealed drinks, including water are not permitted into the venue. Personal drink bottle contents must be emptied. (The venue has 5x FREE water refilling stations)
  • Folding/camping chairs
  • Illicit drugs/illegal substances
  • Glass, glass bottles, cans or breakable containers
  • Unsealed beverages of any kind Metal containers and cans
  • Vacuum flasks of any material
  • Commercial food (fast food items or food purchased from a full-service restaurant) excluding items purchased by approved vendors and/or Stadium catering outlets
  • Flares, fireworks or any other explosive device
  • Laser pointers
  • Aerosol canisters
  • Spiked wrist or neck bands, spiked or studded belts
  • Drones or other remote-controlled devices
  • Any political, religious or race related material
  • Balls or other missiles (including inflatable items, frisbees, tennis balls and cricket balls)
  • Whistles, hooters, horns, unapproved drums and significant noise-making instruments
  • Knives or other dangerous weapons, including toy/imitation weapons
  • Professional (long lens) cameras and recording devices for commercial purposes, including any lenses over 200mm
  • Poles (including metal flag poles), sticks or oversized flags/banners (1.5m x 1m with flagpoles over 1.5m), including “selfie sticks”. Specific conditions may apply for some events regarding the entry of flagpoles, flags and banners. All flags and banners must be pre-registered
  • Confetti, shredded paper or register rolls
  • Scooters, roller skates, skateboards, pull wagons, push bikes, trolleys or other unauthorised means of transportation
  • Animals, including dogs and other pets; excluding guide dogs or other assistance animals
  • Patrons are not to wear or otherwise display commercial, political or other offensive signage or logos
  • Eskies and bags of larger dimensions than 30cm L x 20cm W x 35cm H
  • Cans of spray paint and marking pens
  • Other items as determined by the Venue management, which may cause injury or present a public nuisance.

 

Dress Standards

  • Patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.
  • Patrons must be fully clothed at all times, or otherwise approved by the JOC.
  • Corporate Hospitality areas will be subject to dress codes with a higher minimum standard than required for general admission to the stadium. As a guide, smart casual attire is the minimum standard required for Corporate Hospitality areas.
  • Persons wearing or displaying inappropriate or unauthorised commercial, political, religious or offensive images, logos, etc. may be denied entry or asked to remove such items.
  • Persons wearing 'Colours' or 'Insignia' or any clothing or item identifying them as belonging to Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs or other groups as designated by the NSW Police Force may be denied entry, or asked to remove such items.

Event Partner Conditions of Entry

Liquor Licensing

Campbelltown Sports Stadium practices the responsible service of alcohol. All persons entering the venue are advised that: 

  • They are entering a licensed premises Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enter
  • Persons in possession of liquor will not be permitted to enter
  • Alcoholic beverages must not be removed from the Venue
  • Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing liquor from entering
  • Intoxicated persons will be removed from the Venue
  • It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume liquor and it is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors or persons who are intoxicated
  • Persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to the Police and penalties apply under the Liquor Act 2007

    The following forms of ID are acceptable within the Stadium:

  • A driver’s or rider’s licence or permit (issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country)
  • Australian passport or a foreign passport issued by another country
  • NSW photo card (issued by Roads and Maritime Services NSW)
  • Proof of age card issued by a public authority of the commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person’s identity and age
