Campbelltown Athletics Centre

Please be advised that the Campbelltown Athletics Centre will be temporarily closed from Monday 9 December to early April 2025 for significant upgrades to be undertaken on the facility's track.

Campbelltown Athletics Centre is one of Sydney’s premier athletics facilities.

It is one of a handful of synthetic athletics tracks in Sydney. The facility has a Class 2 WAAF certification and caters for all levels of competition.

Campbelltown Athletics Centre has an all-weather synthetic track, which means that rain, hail or shine your carnival can go ahead. It holds approximately 150 school carnivals each year, including Zone, Regional and State carnivals with schools from inside and outside of Campbelltown’s Local Government Area.

It is home to our anchor tenants, Campbelltown Collegians Athletics Club, who run Little Athletics, which is held on Friday nights from late August through to late March. Campbelltown Collegians also provide equipment for all our athletics carnivals held at the centre.

As well as hosting a variety of athletics events, the space is also utilised for community events, such cultural festivals, Fisher's Ghost celebrations and Christmas Carols.

Bookings for 2025 are fully booked. If you would like to go on our cancellation list, please send your enquiry through and we will get in contact with you.

Booking process

Bookings will be open the year preceding the booking date. Bookings will open as follows:

1 April: Zone and Regional carnivals
1 May: Local School carnivals
1 July: Other School carnivals

Bookings will be taken on a priority system based on the date and time that the application is received providing that the booking date has opened for the category of the applicant.
Applications received prior to the outlined dates will not be accepted. Schools will be advised by email and requested to re-lodge their applications once their category opens.

*It is recommended that schools mark these dates on their calendars. Reminder emails will no longer be sent from the Stadium.
