What Library meeting rooms are available to hire?

Campbelltown City Libraries have two meeting room available for hire. They are located at the HJ Daley Library, Campbelltown and Glenquarie Library, Macquarie Fields.

Can I view the meeting room before I book?

Yes, you can view the meeting room before you book.  Just call the library to organise a viewing.

How do I book a Library meeting room?

To book a Library Meeting Room, you are required to use our online booking system. Refer to our user guide for further assistance. To book a Library Meeting Room, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Using our booking system, review the availability calendar to ensure availability
  2. Select the meeting room that you would like to hire and click book
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your tentative booking
  4. Our Library team will respond to you to finalise your booking

Please note: This is a tentative booking and not a confirmed booking. All bookings are reviewed and confirmed bookings are contacted by the Library team to finalise.

When is the latest I can book a meeting room?

You can book with us months in advance but we do need a minimum of 10 days to process a meeting room booking.

How much will it cost?

Our meeting rooms are available for hire at an hourly rate, with a minimum of one hours hire. All day rates are also available.

$20.00 per hour (incl GST)

Full day hire (9.30am to 5pm) per day $130.00 (incl GST)

Commercial groups

$50.00 per hour (incl GST)

Full day hire (9.30am to 5pm) per day $220.00 (incl GST)

Non profit community groups

$20.00 per hour (incl GST)

Full day hire (9.30am to 5pm) per day $130.00 (incl GST)

Commercial groups

$50.00 per hour (incl GST)

Full day hire (9.30am to 5pm) per day $215.00 (incl GST)

Upon confirmation of your booking

  • You will be able to log into the customer portal and make any necessary changes to your booking
  • Full payment for the meeting room is required 7 days before your booking date

How do I pay?

Full payment for the meeting room is required at least 7 days before your booking.

Payments can be made by credit card or BPAY through our online booking system.

Payment details will be listed on your invoice once the booking has been confirmed.

How do I change my meeting room booking?

You can change your booking via the online booking system or by contacting the Library Team on 02 4645 4444.

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancellation of a booking must be made via the online booking system or by contacting the Library Team on 02 4645 4444.

If less than 3 days notice is given, the hirer shall forfeit their fees.
