Stadium FAQs

Accessibility

Is accessible parking available?

For most events, there is a limited number of accessible parking available in the Old Leumeah Rd carpark and surrounding Leumeah train station parking areas. 

Are assistance animals permitted?

Guide dogs and other assistance animals are permitted entry into the venue. Please ensure they are wearing their specific uniform so they can be easily identified.

How do I purchase accessible and carer/companion seating?

To book a ticket, please call Ticketek's Accessible Seating booking line on 1300 665 915 or view the Ticketek Accessible Seating guide. Ticketek's Accessible Seating call centre operates: Mon – Sat (9am to 8pm AEST); Sundays and Public Holidays (9am to 5pm AEST).

If you arrive at an event with an accessibility requirement which was not accounted for at the time of your booking, our team will do the best they can to relocate you to an appropriate area however relocation is not always possible.

Ticketing

How do I purchase tickets to an event at Campbelltown Sports Stadium?

Ticketek is the authorised seller of tickets for events at the Stadium. All tickets should be purchased from a legitimate retailer and should you purchase a ticket via another service i.e. Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, scalpers, or any other unauthorised seller, you risk that these tickets are fake, void and/or have been/will be cancelled.

Are there alcohol-free seating options?

Alcohol-free seating options are available through the ticketing agency. The location of the alcohol-free seating may change from time-to-time, dependant on the Hirer. Please refer to the specific seating map for each event.

I have lost my ticket, what should I do?

Please contact Ticketek on 13 28 49 to discuss. Keep a record of your transaction and account number to assist the staff to quickly and efficiently handle your query.

If you lose your tickets on the way to the event, please see one of the friendly staff members at the Gate D Box Office. Formal identification will be required from the person who purchased the tickets.

I have left my membership card at home, what should I do?

Members who have forgotten or lost their ticket or membership card are required to visit the Gate D Box Office Collection Window to request a replacement ticket.

The original membership card will be cancelled and new passes will be posted to the member by the club, prior to the next home fixture where possible. If a member requires a replacement membership card, a fee may be applicable.

Can I get a refund to an event at the stadium?

Tickets may or may not be eligible for refund, depending on the event.

I have injured myself and would like to relocate to a more accessible seat. What should I do?

Please contact Ticketek on 13 28 49 if you would like to change your original seating location due to medical reasons.

If you arrive at an event with an accessibility requirement which was not accounted for at the time of your booking, our team will do the best they can to re-locate you to an appropriate area however relocation is not always possible.

Do I qualify for a concession ticket?

Concession availability and entitlements vary from event to event, depending on the club or Hirer. Information about concession tickets will be provided at point of sale on the Ticketek website.

 

Do I need a ticket for my child aged 3 or under?

For most sporting events, very young children aged 3 and under may be admitted free-of-charge on the provision they are accompanied by an adult and will share their seat and sit on their knee.

Please see the information on the ticketing page where you purchased your ticket, for specific event information to ensure this option is available for the event you are attending.

Can I book for a group?

The best option for group bookings is to go directly through our ticketing partner Ticketek. Their number for all events is 13 28 49.

Event Day

Certain items are not permitted inside the venue. Please refer to the Stadium's Conditions of Entry for a list of prohibited items.

How many people does Campbelltown Sports Stadium seat?

17,500

Will my bag be checked?

Yes. All bags will be subject to the security screening process. To help avoid delays, it’s best to leave your bag at home. Additional security processes may be implemented specific to event days. Check the event page for full information.

Does the stadium have Conditions of Entry?

Yes, we have Stadium Conditions of Entry. Please also refer to the event pages for conditions specific to particular artists or teams.

 

Am I allowed to bring a bottle of water, soft drink or other drinks into the stadium?

Patrons are permitted to bring sealed plastic bottles of water only. Any opened drink bottles will not be permitted. Consider the environment and bring a re-usable drink bottle to refill.

Can I bring a pram or stroller?

Prams and strollers are permitted into the venue however for safety reasons, must be stowed underneath seats. Prams and strollers should not be left inside gates as they are not monitored by staff.

Are umbrellas allowed in the stadium?

Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium however cannot be opened in the seating bowl. The use of umbrellas within the stadium should take into account patron comfort.

Please note umbrellas are considered a prohibited item for Asian Champions League matches.

What if it’s raining on event day?

Events will go ahead rain, hail or shine at Campbelltown Sports Stadium unless patron and athlete/artist safety is at risk. The venue is partially covered depending on where your seat is. Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium but for the comfort of others may not be put up in the seating bowl.

An event may be delayed if adverse weather is experienced, however, this decision is determined by the hirer. Patrons should check the venue and the hirer's social media pages for updated details and prepare for wet weather by bringing jackets or ponchos.

Are pass-outs available?

Campbelltown Sports Stadium is a no pass-out venue.

How can I report anti-social behaviour?

To report any anti-social behaviour during events, please text 0419 255 023 and Stadium Management will deal with the issue as promptly as possible.

How do I find out about curtain raiser information or other upcoming events at the stadium?

Can I purchase merchandise?

Yes - merchandise outlets are usually located inside Gate B and/or Gate C depending on the event.

Does the stadium have a dress code?

Corporate and members’ areas have a dress code minimum of smart casual. As a minimum for general public areas, patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.

Is there alcohol-free seating?

Yes - the alcohol-free area for Macarthur FC matches is located at Bay 9. The alcohol-free area for Wests Tigers matches is located on the northern hill. For miscellaneous events, these areas may change and will be signposted.

Can I smoke inside the stadium?

Campbelltown Sports Stadium has 3 designated smoking areas:

  • Northern end behind big screen
  • Western side behind Bay 8
  • Eastern side next to Gate C box office

I lost something, how do I find out if it was handed in?

Please contact our team directly via stadium@campbelltown.com.au with a description of the item, day it was lost and location it was lost (if known). If it has been found they will advise you directly.

Can I bring in a thermos with coffee/tea/hot chocolate?

Yes, however please note it will be subject to security screening at gates.

Can I bring an esky?

Eskies can be brought in, but must be able to fit under your seat. Please note all eskies are subject to security screening on entry.

Transport and Parking

How do I get to the stadium?

Some pre-purchased tickets may include travel to and from the stadium on train, bus and light rail services.

The closest train station to Campbelltown Sports Stadium is Leumeah Station, approximately 250m away (3 minute walk). Extra stops are made for major events matches. Find full timetables and plan your trip using the Transport NSW Trip Planner

Is parking available at the stadium?

There are multiple FREE public parking areas available in and around the Leumeah train station and also limited parking is available in the streets surrounding the stadium. We encourage patrons to pre-plan their trip to the Stadium as the precinct can be very busy and congested.

Can I arrive via supporter bus or private coach?

Supporter bus and coach parking is available along Pembroke Road on the eastern side of the stadium. It would be best to get in contact with us before you organise this type of transport so we can confirm parking arrangements with you.

How do I catch a taxi to or from the stadium?

There is a dedicated taxi rank at Wests Leagues Club and outside Leumeah train station which is across the road from the stadium. Taxis can be booked through Silver Service on 13 31 00 or Premier Cabs on 13 10 17.

Will there be road closures around the stadium during events?

There will be changes to the traffic conditions to the roads surrounding the Stadium. Please visit the Transport and Parking web page for more information.

Facilities

Does the Stadium have Wi-Fi?

Yes, fans can get FREE access to high speed Wi-Fi at the stadium.

 

Are there water refill stations inside the Stadium?

Campbelltown Sports Stadium has 4 FREE water fountains located at:

  • South western circulation road behind bay 1
  • Behind the southern hill in front of Vinnies Bar
  • Fountains (x2) located behind northern hill under shade sails

Are there parent rooms and baby changing facilities?

There are 4 baby changing facilities within the Stadium. Their locations are as follows:

  • Accessible toilets (2) located on the western grandstand concourse
  • Accessible toilet located in the northern amenities building located behind the family spectator hill
  • Accessible toilet located on the concourse of the eastern grandstand next to the first aid room

Are there ATMs?

Campbelltown Sports Stadium operates as a cashless venue. There are no ATMs in the venue and cash payments are not accepted anywhere within the Stadium.

Is there First Aid at the Stadium?

Yes there are First Aid facilities located through out the Stadium. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating them.

Is there a map of Campbelltown Sports Stadium?

Can I smoke inside the stadium?

Our stadium is a 100% smoke-free venue. There are designated smoking areas outside the gates. On event days, please speak to a customer service staff member and they’ll direct you where to go.

 

Do you have a prayer room?

There are no prayer rooms/facilities at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

Do you operate a cloak room?

No, we do not offer cloaking services.

Can I ride my bicycle to the stadium? Do you have bicycle parking?

No – Campbelltown Sports Stadium does not currently have a bicycle parking area/facility.


Athletics Centre FAQs

These Frequently Asked Questions are related to School Athletics Carnivals. 

What equipment does the school need to provide?

All athletics equipment is supplied and set up by a Campbelltown Collegians Athletics Club representative. They will contact the organising school prior to the carnival day to ascertain what equipment is required.

There is an additional fee for this service.

Do I need to arrange keys to access the facility

No, schools are not issued with keys, except in extreme circumstances. The facility will be opened and closed by a representative from Campbelltown Collegians Athletics Club.

What first aid facilities and equipment are available?

All schools are responsible for their own first aid equipment and first aid officers. We provide a First Aid room fit with a DFIB machine.

Is there a PA system or do schools need to bring their own?

There is an integrated PA system at the venue, so there is no need to bring your own.

Does the facility have its own risk assessment for athletics carnivals that schools can use?

No, schools are required to undertake their own risk assessments for their carnival.

Will the canteen facilities open?

A canteen will be in operation which sells food and beverages if the school has requested this.

Can my school have a fundraising BBQ?

Due to contractual arrangements, outside catering is not allowed throughout Campbelltown Sports Stadium and this includes BBQs, therefore any requests to hold a fundraising BBQ will be declined.

Is there parking for teachers and officials?

There is ample parking for teachers and officials.

There is a 60 space car park located at the Pembroke Road entry.

Due to safety reasons parking behind the Athletics Centre grandstand is restricted to stadium staff only.

Will I get fined if I park illegally?

Yes, Council Rangers monitor all of Council's car parks. You take the risk of a fine if you choose to park illegally.
