Services are free and include:

  • Swearing/affirming of Affidavits
  • Witnessing Statutory Declarations
  • Certifying copies of original documents
  • And witnessing any forms for which a Justice of the Peace is an authorising officer.

The Macarthur Branch of the New South Wales Justices Association Inc. (NSWJA) provides regular Justice of the Peace services at the following locations:

JP services will be closed on Saturday 28th December 2024 and Saturday 4th January 2025. Services will resume on Saturday 11th January 2025.
