"Our Local Veterans" - St Patrick's College History Group
In March 2024, after months of research and preparation, history teacher Fran Musico Rullo and her St. Patrick's College History Club interviewed 14 veterans and descendants of those who had served during WWI, WWII and Malaya, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts.
The rationale for their student-led project, ‘Our Local Veterans’ was to collect and preserve the histories of locals who served in all conflicts and peacekeeping missions since World War I. The combined interviews have kindly been donated to Campbelltown City Library.
