Garage Sale Trail 2024

Make or save a buck over two big weekends by hosting a garage sale at home, or shop the trail as part of the nation’s biggest second-hand treasure hunt. Through our partnership with Garage Sale Trail, it’s free for Campbelltown residents to register their garage sales and access how-to guides and promotional resources, to make planning and promoting your sale easy. You can take part on one or more days over 9-10 and 16-17 November.

For shoppers, there are a vast array of items going up for sale in your neighbourhoods. From the everyday essentials you need to the pre-loved gems you want, from designer fashion to furniture, cookware, vinyl, kids’ stuff, tools, collectables, and everything in between, there’s a bargain for everyone on the Garage Sale Trail. Follow the trail and search for sales happening in the Macarthur region.

There's also a Regional Garage Sale on Saturday 16 November, for those who would rather host a stall in a communal location.

Check the tabs below to see which event you want to attend or take part in, or if you’d like to know more about the Garage Sale Trail before signing up, check out their website.

Macarthur’s Regional Garage Sale

No garage? No worries. Macarthur residents can join the Regional Garage Sale event and sell their pre-loved items from a car boot or their own stall at a communal location.

Saturday 16 November

8:00am - 1:00pm

The Macarthur Councils are joining forces to bring residents the region’s biggest garage sale, so residents who can't or prefer not to sell at their own home can still get involved.

Come along and turn clutter into cash while you build community connections. You can either sell what you don’t need or find what you do – we can’t wait to see you there.
