Campbelltown Billabong Parklands Opening Event

Be a part of the excitement and opening event festivities and be one of the first to experience the Parklands before it officially opens to the public. 

On the day you'll get to watch the official proceedings and enjoy: 

  • Cultural performances 
  • Live music and roving entertainment
  • Lawn games and fun activities
  • Face painting
  • Food trucks
  • Giveaways 

Please note the opening event is for invited guests and competition winners only.  Winners have been notified.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition opens on Thursday 9 May and ends on Thursday 23 May at 11.59pm. 

2. One entry per person.

3. Winners are only eligible for a double pass or family pass. 

4. Tickets will only be valid for Saturday 8 June 2024 and are not transferable.

5. 300 tickets are available and may be prioritised for local residents. Winners will be drawn at random. 

6. Winners will be contacted via email. 

7.  Staff (and their immediate families) of Campbelltown City Council, directly involved in the facilitation of this competition are not eligible to enter. 

 

Project delivery and funding

The project is funded by Council, the Australian Government and NSW Government under the Western Sydney Liveability Program ($31 million) and additional funding for gateway areas around the site provided by the NSW Government Public Spaces Legacy Fund ($3.6 million).
