Where can I park?
Parking is available in the following locations:
- Commuter carpark opposite Ingleburn Village Shopping Centre on Cambridge Ave and Carlisle Street
- Commuter carpark opposite Ingleburn Town Centre on Nardoo Street
- Ingleburn Train Station along Ingleburn Road
- Off street parking in surrounding streets within the CBD, however spots are limited so give yourself plenty of time.
What's the best way to get to the event?
Due to the popularity of this event, we encourage to take public transport where possible and plan ahead.
Closest train station - Ingleburn Station.
Is there disabled parking and access at this event?
Yes. In each carpark there are limited accessible parking spots. Please ensure you park in designated Disabled parking spots.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. However, there will be plenty of food vendors onsite in addition to local eateries within Ingleburn CBD on offer, so why not spoil yourself and the family. See a list of food vendors listed under 'Food Trucks and Stalls'.
Can we bring alcohol?
No. Any alcohol brought onsite will be confiscated and authorities can be notified.
Is this an 18+ event?
This is a family friendly event for all ages.
Is there a charge to attend?
Entry to this event is free, however, there is a cost for rides and food.
Where is the event located?
Oxford Road, Macquarie Road and Nardoo Street, Ingleburn NSW 2565.
Will there be fireworks at this event?
No. There will be no fireworks at this event.
What time does the event begin?
The event will start from 3pm.
Are there vegan / vegetarian / gluten free options?
There will be plenty of food options that cater for every dietary requirement.
Can I smoke or vape at the event?
No smoking or vaping will be permitted at the event.
Can I take photos / film at the event?
Photos can be taken for personal use. We encourage attendees to submit a photo at the event to Council’s social media. We will also have an event photographer roaming around throughout the evening.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Dogs are allowed on site so long as they are kept on a leash and are well behaved. Council will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour or excessive barking and owners must clean up after their pets. If this is not adhered to, Council staff reserve the right to remove dogs from the event site at any time.
Are there ATMs on site?
If you require an ATM, head to Oxford Road or Ingleburn Village where they are located.
What happens if it rains?
The show must go on - if weather conditions become extreme and pose risk to attendees, contractors and/or crew, the event may be cancelled. Notification will be provided via Council’s social media channels.

Can I apply to be a stallholder?
Expressions of interest are currently closed for stallholders.
What payment method will the food stalls accept?
Vendors will accept payments made by cash and EFTPOS.
What items are prohibited to be bought to this event?
- Alcohol and illicit substances of any kind
- Glass bottles, glassware or breakable containers
- Weapons of any kind including and items that can be used as a projectile
- Knives or scissors
- Fireworks, sparklers or flares
- Silly string
- Laser pointers
- Drones or any other remote-controlled device; and
- Balloons
- Other items deemed by security, Police or Event Coordinators as having potential to cause injury or public nuisance
Are the rides free? How much are the rides?
No. There will be ticket booths available during the event within the carnival ride area to purchase ride tickets.
Can I bring a shade shelter/marquee?
For safety reasons you are unable to bring your own large shade shelters/marquee to this event.
What happens to lost property?
Any lost property handed in to a Council staff member will be kept at the Council information tent (silver bullet trailer) and will be taken back to the Council office if not picked up before the event is over.
Lost children?
In the event you child becomes separated from you, Event Staff, Security or Police will bring the child to Councils Event Information Tent (Silver Bullet Trailer). If required, an announcement can be made via the stage PA system if the child has not been relocated with their parent/s or carers.
Lost Children wristbands will also be available at the Event Information Tent (Silver Bullet Trailer). When you arrive, feel free to head over and see our friendly Events team to obtain a wristband to write your mobile phone number on it and place it around your child's wrist.
Will there be road closures in place?
Yes. The following road closures will be in place on Saturday 15 March 2025 from 5am until 12am on Sunday 16 March 2025:
- Oxford Road - from Ingleburn Road to Carlisle Street
- Macquarie Road - from Oxford Street to Cambridge Street
- Parts of Nardoo Street - from Oxford Road to Ingleburn Town Centre Commuter Carpark
- Parts of Boots Lane - from Macquarie Road to Carlisle Street
In addition, parts of the commuter carpark opposite Ingleburn Village Shopping Centre will be closed from 5pm Friday 13 March 2025 to 12am Sunday 16 March 2025.
