Key Events

7 Types of rest - 12.30pm to 1.30pm

The lives of women are often filled with an extensive emotional and mental workload - never ending lists, planning, anticipating needs, remembering, organising and decision making on a day-to-day basis. Many of us feel like we are constantly pouring from an empty cup.

This presentation will generate a conversation in honour of the impact of the burnout of caring for others on stress and wellbeing and explore the 7 types of rest essential to march forward with the demands of life. Presented by Nicole Staats from The Dawn Therapeutic Services.
