In this workshop participants will learn all the basics they need to know to set up a vegetable garden bed from scratch. They'll also find out what to plant for the Summer season and what to do to ensure a great Summer crop. Learn how to improve your soil, how much sunlight your veggie patch will need and the importance of including insect-friendly flowers and herbs.
The workshop will be a mix of theory and hands on activities. Suitable for those with little or some gardening knowledge.
There's no better time to learn how to "grow your own" to help your budget stretch further.
