My child/ren doesn’t meet the age criteria. Can I still make a booking? Age requirements are set based on various factors, including content and skills. Places are limited, so unfortunately bookings that don’t meet the age requirements will be cancelled so another may have the place. My child/ren is on the wait list. When will I find out if we can attend? You will receive a phone call or email up to 24 hours before the event if a spot becomes available. If you don’t receive a notification from us, this means the event remains fully booked. My child/ren is no longer able to attend. Do I have to cancel my ticket? If you can no longer attend, please be kind and cancel your bookings online or over the phone so that another may have your space. What happens if I’m running late to an event? Please call the library if you’re running late to a program so we can hold your place. If we haven’t been notified of late arrival, your spot may be given to another child after 15 minutes of the event start time. Can I leave my child/ren at the event? School aged children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult or carer in case of emergency or their child/ren needs assistance at any time throughout the program. Parents or carers are welcome to wait inside the library during the event. Will photographs be taken at the event? Yes, library staff regularly take photos of events to post on our social media accounts. If you prefer your child/ren not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the event. I have a question that hasn’t been answered. Please contact the library by phone or email library@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au
