Campbelltown Arts Centre is excited to announce we are producing three feature activations for Campbelltown City Council’s annual Wander On Q Festival, including dynamic workshops, performances & installations for the whole family.

Conscious Live at Wander On Q: ‘Mumma Gave Me’ Edition

4:00 – 9:00pm

Join Conscious 4 Artist annelise. for a Wander On Q exclusive party celebration of her Conscious supported new release ‘Mumma Gave Me’ and accompanying music video filmed right here in Campbelltown CBD at Forum Q. 

Featuring beats and vibe by DJ Nicole Tania, installations and activations by ’Mumma Gave Me’ music video director Tammy Dang, dance workshops and dance performances by Rachael Sebastian and live music performance by annelise. 

Activations 

4:00 – 9:00pm - Installations and Activations by Tammy Dang 

Create a memorable gift for your Mumma and mumma figures in your life. Write a heartfelt note to your mummas and add it to our growing Post-it Art Wall of Love (feel free to take a pic and read other beautiful messages too). Then take a seat at our specialty-built home set and record a special message for your mummas to send to her. 

5:00 – 5:20pm - Dance Workshop 1 
5:40 – 6:00pm - Dance Workshop 2 

Join Rachel on the Forum Q dance floor to learn some iconic dance moves from annelise’s ‘Mumma Gave Me’ music video. Then discover some of your own moves with foundation grooves and a community cypher inspired by mummas in your life. 

7:30 – 7:45pm - Community Dance with annelise. 

Request a song and teach annelise. a dance move inspired by your mumma.

Campbelltown Arts Centre’s Conscious program supports the vibrant hip-hop community of Western Sydney. Facilitated by hip-hop artist and South-West Sydney local L-FRESH The LION and his team at Village Boy Entertainment, Conscious develops socially minded hip-hop artists, connects them with their communities and puts Western Sydney voices and stories centre stage locally and beyond.

Fashion Lane x Wander OnQ

Join us at “Fashion Lane” on Patrick Street in Campbelltown, led by local fashion designer Ruth Fattal.

• Unleash your artistic talents by designing a one-of-a-kind t-shirt that reflects your individual style.  
• Dive into the world of free sketching and let the music inspire your creations as you groove along to a live band.

Find the slugs, discover the tales. 

Join artist Andrew Christie on a guided tour through Queen Street as he helps identify the unusual but friendly sculptures new to Campbelltown. Come for a crawl along the trail, where Christie will recount the local stories that have left their significant and unique traces.
